When you make investments or fund your wallet, our payment processor (Paystack) handles your payment details. We store transaction records, investment history, and wallet balances but do not directly store your card or bank details.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, browser type, and access times.

Communications

If you contact us via email, our contact form, or other channels, we retain the contents of your messages along with your contact details to respond and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to create and manage your account; to process investments, payments, and withdrawals; to verify your identity and comply with KYC requirements; to send you transaction confirmations and investment updates; to communicate important platform announcements; to improve and personalize your experience on the Platform; to detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activities; to comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements; and to provide customer support.

With Other Users

Certain information may be visible to other Platform users as part of normal operations. For example, farmer profiles are visible to investors browsing projects. We never share your financial details or personal identification numbers with other users.

With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors (Paystack), email service providers, hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

For Legal Compliance
